2. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent the next annual renewal. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund the current or any prior term. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Purchases and Auction Wins

Because items are hand-made, natural variation is expected and is not a defect.
